I’m a 90’s kid, I grew up in Townsville and am currently living in Brisbane. My fiancé is in the Defence Force which means sometimes I spend a lot of time by myself, and I’m totally cool with that. Though I wasn’t always happy with my own company, and maybe you can relate? Pilates came into my life right when I needed it, and it has been the conduit for all of the health & lifestyle decisions I have made since. And funnily, since Pilates came into my life & shook things up for the better, so many people naturally started to gravitate toward me and ask for my help. So I got myself educated on the subjects.

I loved Pilates so much I took it up a notch and got myself qualified to
bring it into your life, not just some crappy weekend course, but a full Certificate IV through Breathe Education who are a recognised training organisation and pride themselves on producing quality teachers who know their stuff! And wouldn’t you know it, I’m also a certified Life Coach – at your service!

I don’t always feel like working out, and I definitely don’t always feel like eating perfectly, I’m human after all. I’m not here to turn you into the ‘perfect’ eating and moving machine, but I am here to help you achieve your goals of health and wellness whatever they may be. Some days may be a little more tough than others, but you won’t be doing them alone. I’m here to be your ‘why’ when you don’t have it in you, take my hand and let’s jump feet first!
